Construction of building commenced in the August 2019 and completed in the Fall 2019.

Capital Development Gldani is under construction project for those who wish to live calmly at the most active district of city. The building is under development at the mostly quit street, Khizabarva Str.N1a of “A” Micro-Region of Gldani. The project provides completion of apartments with improved white carcass so said green carcass that implies:

  • Aluminum doors and windows, 4 “camera” isolated profile with Austrian opener hanging mechanism is installed in the apartment.


  • Metal central door and audio doorphone system is installed at the entrance of building.
  • The construction of building is provided for 8 degree seismic stability.
  • Financial partner of the project is Halyk Bank.
